Next Day Delivery
Our kitchen worktop suppliers maintain a substantial inventory, enabling us to offer delivery within 48hrs for standard worktop orders placed before 11 noon, applicable to the majority of UK postcodes.
To ensure a hassle-free experience, our team of two experienced drivers will handle the heavy lifting, offloading your purchase to the nearest accessible entrance of the building.
Two-Person Delivery Service
Our Two-Person Delivery charge is £29 Inc VAT per order, next day delivery is available for worktops to the majority of UK postcodes. Our team will offload the goods to a ground floor room of your property, provided clear access is possible from a ground floor entry point.
We offer free delivery for orders over £500 Inc VAT, to standard delivery areas only.
Deliveries are scheduled to arrive between 7:30am and 6:00pm.
Prior to delivery, we will provide you with a more specific 2-hour delivery timeslot via email and text message.
To ensure your availability, our delivery team will call you approximately 30 minutes before their arrival.
Please note that while we strive to ensure the utmost accuracy and efficiency in our delivery process, our products are delivered by a trusted supplier, hence a slight deviation from the above details might occur. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving your worktop needs.
Small Item Delivery
Delivery for small items will be charged at £9.95 Inc VAT per order and will be send by Courier or Royal Mail.
Monday to Friday Two-Person Delivery Service
Our in-house Two-Person Delivery Service delivers to the vast majority of the UK, but does not cover Ireland, Northern Scotland or island locations.
Third party delivery available only
Customers in these locations can still order great value, quality worktops, but these will be delivered by a third party courier. Large volume orders will be delivered via a pallet service where a fork lift may be required on site to offload the goods.
Please note that although every effort will be made to ensure that delivery occurs during the estimated timeslot specified, due to unforeseen conditions - such as traffic - delivery can occasionally take place at a slightly different time from the slot specified.
It is essential that all worktops are checked upon receipt before they are signed for. If any of the packaging appears to be damaged or not intact, the goods must be signed for as "damaged" and a damage report should be filled out with the driver. If someone is signing for the goods on your behalf, please ensure that they are aware of and understand the terms of delivery. We need to be informed of any damage within 2 calendar days of receipt. Failure to comply with any of the above will result in a void claim. Due to the insurance liability, we cannot accept responsibility for any damaged items signed for as "clear", "unchecked" or in "good condition".
