Once you have completed your basket and are ready to pay, complete the checkout process as normal. Select Bank Transfer as your preferred payment method and the final page of the process will display our Bank details to use in your Banking app/website. Once completed, keep an eye out for an email confirming your order. Always be sure to check your spam folder in case your Internet Service Provider has incorrectly flagged it as spam.
Refunds can take up to 28 days, depending on your bank, however the average time frame is one to two weeks.
As our prices are already lower than Trade prices, there is no need to set up a dedicated Trade Account. We are always happy to deal with Trade customers on a retail basis.
